Open Training
'Open Training' sessions are an opportunity for you to spend time in the gym practicing your skills. Sessions are always overseen by a member of our coaching team who are always available to give you guidance and structure when needed.

Monday: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Tuesday: 7.00am - 9.00am + 5.00pm - 8.00pm
Wednesday: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Thursday: 7.00am - 9.00am + 5.00pm - 8.00pm
Friday: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am - 9.30am
